Milky Way Idle, inspired by Runescape, is a multiplayer RPG offering a variety of features including gathering, crafting skills, flexible combat, player-driven marketplace, in-game chat, and leaderboards. Unlike other games, it minimizes active clicking, allowing automatic repeating of actions until changed. Skills range from gathering (milking, foraging, woodcutting) to production (cheese-smithing, crafting, tailoring, cooking, brewing), enhancing equipment, and combat (stamina, intelligence, attack, power, defense, magic, ranged). Community features like marketplace, chat, and leaderboards enhance the gaming experience. Offline progress of up to 10 hours is supported, with upcoming features including tasks/quests, group combat, bosses, and dungeons. Released in June 2023, Milky Way Idle is developed by cheze and is playable on web browsers for both desktop and mobile platforms, with simple controls using the left mouse button.
