Pokemon Exceeded

Pokemon Exceeded is an Emerald decomp with cool new stuff. One big thing is called Innate, which is kind of like a Pokemon's special power, but they can have up to three of them. Some things, like Mold Breaker or Gastro Acid, work with Innates, but others, like Neutralizing Gas, don't do anything to them. Plus, some Pokemon can get new Innates by leveling up, being friendly, evolving, or even doing quests!
